Myra
L. Thompson recently took over as President of AAG from
her father Chuck Smith.
She has worked in the insurance industry for over 18
years and holds designations including RHU (Registered
Health Underwriter) and REBC (Registered Employee Benefits
Consultant). She is currently finishing her certification
for CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist).
Myra is responsible for coordinating the services provided
by the AAG team as well as serving as the overall benefits
coordinator and liaison for our clientele. She is additionally
responsible for the design, coordination, and administration
of our client’s benefits package to ensure our
clientele are utilizing all tax advantaged strategies.

Luann
has been part of the AAG team since 2004 when she started
as a marketing intern while in college.
She is a licensed health and life agent. Luann manages
all of our client renewals to ensure they are prepared
in a timely manner and that the annual enrollment occurs
smoothly. She oversees the preparation of all renewal
and enrollment materials with each specific client’s
corporate culture in mind. Luann is responsible for
supervising the overall status of each client and their
employee’s claims with the respective Benefit
Advisors as well as provide assistance on escalated
issues for Benefit Advisors. She holds a BBA degree
with a major in Marketing from Stetson University. |

Charles
(Chuck) Smith is the founder of Administrators Advisory
Group, Inc. He has been in the insurance industry for
over 25 years in the Central Florida area. He attended
Jones College in Orlando, but his real education began
while serving in military intelligence from 1971 to
1978. He was appointed President of Arvel E Smith &
Sons, a premier citrus harvesting company in Lake County.
Following the freezes from 1983 to 1985, Chuck transitioned
into the insurance and benefits field with MetLife.
Feeling he could offer more customized and personalized
service, he founded AAG in 1987. In 1991, Diversified
Administration, a Section 125 Plan Administration company
was purchased to round out the services and expertise
AAG offered.
Chuck can offer consultative services to clientele over
a scope of issues extending beyond AAG’s business.
He assist in the prospecting of all new clientele and
would love to speak with you if you have any questions

Debbie
joined our team in August 2007.
She is responsible for the monthly on-site meetings
with our clients to ensure our clients are kept up to
date with regulatory and compliance issues that may
affect their business.
She has more than 20 years of management experience
including 12 ½ years with Philip Crosby Associates,
Inc., an international management consulting firms based
in Winter Park, Florida. She served in several capacities
including Director of the Client Service Center.
She managed various customer service, sales support,
and contract administration functions. Most recently,
she was Director of Sales Operations for Priority Healthcare
Corporation in Lake Mary, Florida. She holds a Bachelors
of Science in Business Administration from Rollins College |

Lisa joined AAG in early 2009 as a Business Development Rep. She has over 17 years experience in Automotive Dealership Accounting. Lisa obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from UCF in 1994 while working at Fred Bondesen Chevrolet Cadillac.
While at the dealership, Lisa held several accounting positions, including Billing Clerk and Payroll Administrator. In 1999, the dealership was purchased by Sonic Automotive, a large publicly traded corporation with over 150 dealerships.
With Sonic Automotive, Lisa was the Controller/Office Manager for the dealership for 4 years. In 2004 after her son was born, Lisa decided to stay at home and raise Parker.
Recent changes in the Automotive Industry as a whole prompted Lisa to find a new area in which to use her education, knowledge, and experience. |

Linda
Harden is responsible for the accounts receivable department
and commission processing. She is currently a member
of NAHU. She is able to assist you with any claims questions
that you may have. |
